Modern Interior 3D Renderings

I’m looking for a skilled 3D artist to transform my architectural plans into photorealistic interior visuals with a distinctly modern aesthetic. The focus is purely architectural—no product or character work—so every camera angle should showcase space planning, materials, lighting, and furniture that feel contemporary and inviting.

I will supply floor plans, reference photos, and a mood board that defines the modern look I’m after. Your job is to model, texture, light, and render each scene so that a non-technical viewer immediately understands the layout and atmosphere. If you prefer working in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona, Blender with Cycles, or SketchUp with Lumion/Enscape, that’s fine—as long as the final images are crisp, well-lit, and true to scale.
