Modern 3D Interior House Render

I already have a fully-dimensioned floor plan and now need it brought to life as a photorealistic 3D model with exact measurements. The style must remain unmistakably Modern, and the render should cover the living room, kitchen, and bedroom in full detail—walls, ceilings, built-ins, major furniture, finishes, and lighting.

You will receive the floor plan in JPG along with notes on preferred materials and colour palettes. From that, I expect a complete digital environment that lets me verify clearances, furniture fit, and overall flow before any construction begins.

Deliverables
• One native 3D file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar) with layers intact
• High-resolution still renders for each room (minimum 4K) from multiple angles
• A short walk-through animation or 360° panorama to help contractors visualise spatial relationships
• A dimensioned snapshot for each space confirming that all critical measurements match the plan

The model must faithfully reproduce the provided dimensions; any deviations over a few millimetres would defeat the purpose. If questions arise while modelling, please flag them early so we can align quickly.
