Modern Interior Design Floor Plan

I'm looking for a skilled interior designer to create a modern design for my living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The design should incorporate a neutral color palette.
Elevator will be leading to the balcony , apartment will have two entrances.

I want also a 3d plan. And potentially a video of how it will look .
