Modern House 3D Renders Needed

I’m preparing sales material for a small collection of houses and need a complete set of photorealistic 3D images in a clean, Modern style. For every house I’ll supply CAD plans, elevations, finish schedules, and reference photos; you turn them into high-resolution exterior renders plus interior shots that make buyers feel as if they are already standing inside.

The interior coverage must include:
• Living room and kitchen
• Bedrooms and bathrooms
• Common areas such as hallways and stairs

For each view I’ll need two formats: a print-ready 4K JPEG/PNG and an editable source file (3ds, SketchUp, or similar). Keep lighting and materials consistent across the whole set so the project feels cohesive.

To help me shortlist quickly, please attach past work that shows you can handle Modern residential exteriors and interiors with realistic lighting, textures, and furniture staging. Let me know which software and render engine you prefer, your typical turnaround time per image, and any revision policy you follow.
