Modern House Exterior 3D Redesign
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
My current residence needs a fresh, modern–contemporary exterior and I want to see it fully visualised in photorealistic 3D. The core style should feel clean and forward-thinking while still warm and livable.
Key design moves I want to see incorporated
• Large, floor-to-ceiling windows that blur inside and out
• A flat roofline that reads crisp and minimalist
• A restrained façade built around glass and concrete, balanced with natural materials for warmth
• Open terrace or balcony areas that flow from the main volumes
• An overall minimalist skin—no decorative clutter, just strong geometry and proportion
Deliverables I’ll need from you
1. Two to three high-resolution exterior renders (day & dusk) that clearly show materiality, lighting and context.
2. A clean 3D model (SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar—whatever you normally use, as long as I can open or preview it).
3. Basic dimensioned elevations or screenshots so my local builder understands key heights and alignments.
4. A concise material palette board identifying concrete finishes, glazing type, and any timber or stone accents.
Acceptance criteria
• All three priority elements—minimalist façade, open terrace/balcony areas, and glass-concrete material mix—are easy to spot in every render.
• Perspective and scale feel realistic when placed against a neutral site backdrop.
• Files arrive uncompressed, organised, and ready for hand-off to engineering.
