Modern House & Cabin Renders

I already hold detailed architectural drawings for two structures—a 130 m² single-storey home and a compact 30 m² capsule cabin. What I now need are crisp, photorealistic exterior visuals that communicate the clean, modern aesthetic specified in the brief.

You’ll receive the full plan set in DWG/PDF as soon as we start, so you can model with complete dimensional accuracy. I’m flexible on software—SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona or an equivalent pipeline all work for me—as long as the final images look polished and professional.

Deliverables
• Three exterior viewpoints for the main house
• Two exterior viewpoints for the capsule cabin
• High-resolution stills (4K or higher, JPG/PNG) ready for print and web
• The native 3D file with organised layers and textures

Acceptance criteria
– Massing, openings and key dimensions match the supplied plans
– Lighting and materials suit a modern palette and feel believable in natural daylight
– No visible artefacts or low-resolution textures at 4K zoom
