I’m renovating a four-bedroom house and want to see every key space in a modern aesthetic before any contractor sets foot on site. I need a skilled interior designer who is also comfortable creating polished 3D visuals.

Scope
• Rooms to model: living room, all four bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, stairs, hall and landing.
• Style: clean, Modern lines—think open, airy, and uncluttered.
• Priorities: smart furniture placement for flow, a cohesive color scheme, and lighting design that shows both daytime and evening moods.

What I expect
1. A full-house 3D model I can navigate (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender or similar—your choice, just supply the source file).
2. High-resolution still renders of each room from multiple angles.
3. A brief style board or PDF summary explaining the chosen palette, key furniture pieces, and lighting concepts.
4. One revision round to fine-tune layouts or colors after initial review.
