Modern Home Interior Renderings

I need photorealistic interior visuals based off a home blueprint that let me “walk” through it before the construction finishes. It's a two story modern residential home in Florida

You’re free to populate each space with any furniture that looks great and is placed according to the home plan and my specifications; I’m not locked into built-ins, freestanding, or modular pieces as long as the final scenes feel cohesive and inviting.

What I’d like to receive:
• High-resolution still renders for each room (multiple angles where relevant)
• Native files in your preferred software (3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp with V-Ray, Corona, or similar) so I can request tweaks if needed
• A short list of the key furniture and material references used, purely for my own sourcing later

I already have the architectural plans in PDF as well as a 3D sketchup model of the home's exterior. I’ll share what's necessary right after kickoff. Let me know your typical turnaround time for first drafts and how many revision rounds are included, and we can get started right away.
