My apartment is ready for a fresh, modern revamp and I want a cohesive look that flows naturally through the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. I already lean toward clean lines, neutral bases, and strategic pops of color or texture—think warm woods, matte blacks, and brushed-metal accents rather than anything ornate.
Scope
• Layout concepts: space-planning options that maximize light, circulation, and storage without clutter.
• Visual direction: mood boards and palette suggestions that tie the three rooms together in a single modern narrative.
• 3D visuals or photorealistic renders: enough angles for me to understand materials, lighting, and furniture scale before committing.
• Final specification pack: furniture selections, fixture lists, and a materials schedule I can hand straight to suppliers or contractors.
File formats I’m comfortable reviewing include PDF presentations, SketchUp/3ds Max renders, and DWG plans; feel free to suggest another format if it better communicates the design.
Acceptance
A complete submission covers one approved concept plus one round of refinements. Renders should accurately reflect proposed finishes and dimensions. Plans must be to scale and labeled clearly.
Once the design package meets those checkpoints I’ll release the milestone so we can both close the project confidently.
