Modern Home Interior Design

I want to transform my living room, kitchen and bedroom into a single, visually connected modern space that feels bright, functional and welcoming. The project involves creating a full interior concept that includes mood boards, space planning, 2-D layouts and (if possible) 3-D visualisations so I can clearly see how every element will come together before we move on to sourcing.

• Scaled floor plans with precise furniture placement and traffic flow
• Lighting, material and finish schedules that complement the overall look
• Curated furniture, décor and fixture selections with shoppable links or specification sheets
• Final presentation files (PDF/PowerPoint) and editable source files (e.g., SketchUp, AutoCAD or Revit) so changes can be made later

I will provide current room measurements, photos and a brief on how each space is used as soon as we start. Please include a short note on your approach, any similar modern projects you have completed and the preferred software you will use for rendering or drawings.
