My taste leans strongly toward modern design: uncluttered lines, smart storage, and a balanced mix of textures that still feels warm and livable. You’ll have creative freedom within that style, but the final result should be practical for everyday residential use.
Deliverables I expect:
• Concept board that captures the overall vibe and color palette
• Layout or floor plan showing furniture placement and traffic flow
• 3D visuals or high-quality renderings for each room, including cupboard designs
• A concise sourcing list for major furniture, finishes, and fixtures available in my region (or online)
I’ll supply current room measurements, photos, and any existing pieces I’d like to keep once we get started. If you prefer specific software—SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, or similar—let me know; compatibility isn’t an issue for me as long as final files are clear and easy to understand.
