Modern Home Exterior 3D Renderings

We are finalising the design for a full exterior renovation of a single-family house and I need photorealistic 3D visuals my client can sign off on before we break ground. The scope covers every visible angle: front façade, side elevations and the backyard. The aesthetic is firmly Modern—clean lines, contemporary materials and a cohesive palette—so the renders must clearly communicate those choices.

Please incorporate realistic outdoor lighting scenarios (day and dusk) and show updated landscaping so the client can appreciate how planting, hard-scaping and illumination work together with the architecture. No exterior furniture is required at this stage.

What I expect from you
• 3–4 high-resolution stills per viewpoint (front, sides, rear)
• One short fly-around or interactive model to help the client explore the design
• Source files in the native software you use (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit or similar) plus print-ready JPEG/PNG exports

Accuracy is critical: window and door sizes, cladding patterns and lighting fixture placement must match the architectural drawings I will supply. I will provide a full materials list, CAD elevations and site photos as soon as we start. Two rounds of minor revisions are included to make sure the client is 100 % comfortable.
