Modern 3D Floor And Exterior Renders
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I have a full set of architectural plans in Revit that now need to be brought to life through high–quality visualization. Specifically, I am after three deliverables for the same project: a 3D floor plan, a series of interior renders, and complementary exterior renders. All imagery must carry a clean, Modern aesthetic—crisp lines, balanced lighting, and contemporary material choices that accurately match the drawings I will supply.
To be considered, please show me:
• A concise proposal outlining your workflow, the software you intend to use (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or comparable), and how many revision rounds you include.
• Past work that demonstrates both interior and exterior scenes; 3D floor-plan samples are a plus.
• A brief note on your experience turning 2D plans into realistic visuals.
Final assets should be delivered as high-resolution JPEG or PNG files suitable for both print and web, with layered source files (e.g., .SKP, .MAX, or .BLEND) supplied at hand-off. I aim to approve the first round quickly and move to final touch-ups, so clear milestones and turnaround times will help us stay on schedule.
