Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I’m adding a brand-new first floor to my property and want it laid out as a modern single-family home. The goal is a clean, light-filled space that maximises flow between rooms while respecting structural requirements for the existing ground level.
I need full architectural drawings—floor plan, elevations and sections—styled in a contemporary aesthetic. Structural details (beams, columns, slab thickness) must accompany the plans so my local builder and permitting office can sign off without further revisions. If you work in AutoCAD, Revit or a comparable BIM tool that exports to DWG/PDF, great; please keep your native files organised so any future edits are straightforward.
Optional but welcome: 3D visualisations or walkthroughs to help me fine-tune finishes and furniture placement before construction begins.
