Modern G+1 Exterior Visualization
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have the basic layout for a two-storey (G+1) residence and now need a complete exterior visualization, including clearly readable dimensions. The look I’m after is distinctly modern, combining exposed brick accents with clean concrete planes. Please weave in a balcony on the first floor, a roof-top terrace, and ground-level garden space so all three features feel purposeful rather than tacked on.
What I expect from you:
• High-resolution 3D renders from at least two key angles that showcase materials, massing, and lighting.
• A dimensioned elevation or annotated overlay so contractors can understand heights, offsets, and critical lengths.
• Source files in the software you prefer—AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar—so future edits remain possible.
If you regularly render with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape, let me know; photoreal quality is a plus but not mandatory. Turnaround time is flexible for quality work, yet I’d appreciate an initial draft within a week so we can lock proportions and material breaks early.
