Modern G+3 Exterior Render

I need a photorealistic 3D rendering of a ground-plus-three residential building that will guide our construction and planning team. The architectural concept is already locked in; what I’m missing is a modern-style exterior visualisation—complete with accurate materials, lighting, and street-level context—so engineers and contractors can validate finishes, setbacks, and façade articulation before we break ground.

Here’s what I expect: a clean, well-organised model (SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max are all fine) and high-resolution still images from at least two street perspectives plus an aerial angle. The focus is the façade, so please give special attention to glass reflections, balcony railings, and realistic textures for concrete, metal trims, and landscaping elements. If you rely on V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion for rendering, that’s perfect—just share the final editable source file along with the exported JPG/PNG visuals.

To sign off, I’ll review the model against our CAD drawings and confirm that dimensions, window placements, and material tones match the construction set. Once these details align, we’re good to go.
