Modern Exterior & Landscape Renders

I have a modern architectural concept that needs to come to life through high-quality exterior and landscape rendering. The vision is clean-lined, contemporary and realistic, so lighting, materials and surrounding greenery must feel true to life. Hoping that different colour and finishes can be suggested.

I will supply the CAD drawings and reference photos as soon as we start. From there, I’m looking for photoreal stills of the building’s façades, curated landscape elements that complement the style, and camera angles that highlight both the structure and its outdoor setting.

Deliverables I expect:
• Two to three hi-res renders (4K PNG/JPG) covering key exterior views
• One landscape-focused shot that blends the hardscape and softscape seamlessly

Please work in the software you’re most comfortable with—3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, Blender-Cycles, or similar—as long as the final images match the modern aesthetic and accurate material finishes. Raw files are a plus so I can request minor tweaks without starting over. If you have a portfolio of comparable exterior + landscape work, share it; it will speed up the decision.

Turnaround is flexible within reason, but an initial draft within a week or two would be ideal. I’m available for quick feedback to keep iterations efficient.
