Modern Container House Realistic 3D Renders & Walkthrough

I have a fully modelled Revit file of a modular container development and now need it brought to life in a sleek, modern style. The immediate scope is to generate marketing-ready visuals and motion assets, with the intention of working together on future container variations and other projects if this first one runs smoothly.

Deliverables I need from you:
• Exterior stills – front, rear and aerial views rendered in both day and night lighting, with the architectural details crisply highlighted.
• Interior stills – photoreal scenes of the kitchen, living area, bedrooms and bathrooms, each dressed with detailed décor and accessories that match a contemporary aesthetic.
• Virtual walk-through – an interactive tour allowing viewers to move through the space fluidly.
• Short marketing reels – 15–30 second animations suitable for social media, showcasing key angles and transitions.

You will receive:
• The Revit model (.rvt) with layers organised.
• A brief mood board establishing colours, finishes and overall modern tone.

What I’m looking for:
• Consistent, photoreal quality across stills and motion.
• Careful attention to clean lines and façade articulation; landscape elements can remain subtle but the container structure must shine.
• Efficient turnaround and clear communication—this project will set the pace for ongoing work.
