Modern Commercial 3D Visualisation

I have a commercial space and the goal is to present a fully developed modern interior concept through both high-quality still images and a smooth video walkthrough. The base CAD drawings are ready, and I typically work in SketchUp, 3ds Max and V-Ray, so please stay within that toolchain for consistency.

What I expect from you
• Photorealistic still renders that clearly show materials, lighting and furniture layout
• A 60–90 second video fly-through that matches the still-frame quality
• Native project files (SketchUp/3ds Max) with linked V-Ray materials and textures for future edits

For your proposal, focus on the concept you would bring to the space, how you plan to tackle modelling, texturing, lighting and post-production, and the timeline you need to deliver each item. The more detail you provide, the easier it will be for me to lock in milestones and move forward quickly.

I’ll share plans and reference inspiration once we agree on the approach, and I’m happy to give quick feedback at every stage so we stay on track toward a clean, modern commercial interior that photographs like reality.
