The project is to design a modern coastal beachfront villa. The concept should focus on open layouts, double-height spaces, panoramic sea views, and seamless integration between interior and exterior living areas.
The villa should be designed to maximize the views toward the swimming pool, landscaped garden, and the sea, with large glass openings, wide balconies, and shaded terraces.
Main Villa
Ground Floor:
• 3 Master bedrooms with spacious bathrooms.
• A central double-height living hall overlooking the pool and outdoor area.
• Dining room connected to the main living space.
• Preparatory kitchen (service kitchen).
First Floor:
• 3 additional master bedrooms with large bathrooms.
• Each bedroom should have balconies or terraces overlooking the pool, garden, and sea.
Guest House
• A small independent building for guests.
• Includes 2 master bedrooms with bathrooms.
Service Building
A separate service block that includes:
• Main kitchen
• Storage room
• 2 maid rooms with their own bathrooms.
Outdoor Area
The outdoor space should include a swimming pool, landscaped green areas, outdoor seating areas, and a BBQ area, designed to create a comfortable outdoor living environment that connects naturally with the main living spaces of the villa and overlooks the sea.
