Modern Brick House 3D Elevation
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I have just completed an exterior renovation of my home and now need a crisp, modern 3D elevation that captures its updated look. I will supply current photos, rough dimensions, and any sketches you need; what I’m missing is a professional rendering that clearly shows materials, proportions, and contemporary styling so I can share it with contractors and family before we lock in final colours and lighting. My color inclination is for sheds of Grey and White.
What I’d like from you
• One high-resolution, front-facing 3D elevation render that highlights the exterior in a clean, modern language.
• Two or more perspective views (angled street view and bird’s-eye preferred) to illustrate depth, roof lines.
• Native project file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar) plus exported PNG/JPEG images suitable for print and web.
• Simple tweaks after first draft to fine-tune finishes or minor massing adjustments.
Acceptance criteria
The renders should match provided measurements, respect the existing structural outline, and present a distinctly modern aesthetic—sleek roof geometry, balanced voids/solids, and contemporary detailing that complements the brick façade.
If you work comfortably with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape for realistic lighting and textures, please let me know; I’m keen to see a true-to-life result, daytime and at dusk.
