I have a single-floor, three-bedroom flat at concept stage and need a full design package—from a precise 2D layout to immersive, photorealistic 3D views—so I can picture every corner before work begins. The look is decidedly Modern: clean geometry, calm colour tones and a clear emphasis on spaciousness and daylight. Please arrange rooms and circulation to create long sight-lines, widen window openings where feasible and position furnishings to keep natural light flowing through the living areas.

Because these visuals are strictly for my own decision-making, realism and dimensional accuracy are paramount; there is no marketing gloss required. Expect to model current and proposed walls, fixtures and furniture, choose materials that match readily available products, and set up day-lighting that shows how the flat will actually feel at different times.

Deliverables
• A dimensioned floor plan (PDF + editable CAD/DWG) showing furniture layout and key measurements
• High-resolution, photorealistic renders of all principal spaces (JPEG/PNG) plus the working files (SketchUp/3ds Max/Lumion or similar)
