Modern 3-BHK Interior Design

We have recently constructed a three-bedroom apartment and need a complete interior plan that reflects a clean, modern aesthetic. The spaces I want you to tackle first are the living room, all three bedrooms, and the kitchen; if time allows we can revisit circulation areas later.

My palette leans toward calm neutrals with soft pastel accents—think off-white walls, muted greys, dusty pinks, or powder blues rather than bold primary splashes. Materials should feel contemporary yet warm: light woods, matte metals, and subtle texture over anything overly ornate.

I’m looking for a comprehensive design package that lets me hand drawings straight to contractors:

• Indian Style
- Mood board and colour palette that shows how the neutral-plus-pastel scheme plays out in each priority space
• 2D furniture layout with dimensions, taking traffic flow and natural light into account
• 3D visualisations (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) so I can “walk through” the new look before signing off
• Basic lighting plan and a short shopping list of statement fixtures and loose furniture pieces available locally or online
• Material and finish schedule—including paint codes, flooring options, cabinet finishes, and recommended fabric types for upholstery
