Modern 2BHK Home Design
Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR
I need a full architectural package for a modern-style residence. The ground floor will hold a compact 2BHK layout,with car parking , all arround compound,while the rooftop (terrace) should feature one multipurpose room that doubles as a small entertainment lounge, surrounded by an open seating area. Your work should cover everything from space planning through to photorealistic 3D elevation so I can clearly visualise materials, colours and lighting before we build.
Deliverables I expect:
• Scaled floor plans for both the ground floor and the terrace level, complete with furniture placement.
• Exterior and interior elevations rendered in 3D, supplied as high-resolution images plus the original model file (SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max or similar).
• A short walkthrough or fly-through video to convey the flow between levels.
• Construction-ready drawings in metric units, showing structural, electrical, plumbing and HVAC layouts that won’t compromise the clean modern aesthetic.
Please start with a concept layout; we’ll refine it once before you prepare the final set. Provide the finished package in PDF alongside the editable source files so my builder and I can work directly from them.
