I need a detailed, photo-realistic 3D model of my entire apartment so I can experiment with furniture layouts, finishes, and lighting before committing to any purchases. The model should cover every room—living room, bedroom, kitchen, Rooftop, and the connecting spaces—presented in a clean, modern style.

What I expect:
• A fully textured, accurately scaled 3D file (any common format such as FBX, OBJ, or SKP is fine) that I can open for future tweaks.
• A set of high-resolution still renders from different angles to use in mood boards and presentations.
• Realistic lighting that reflects how daylight and artificial light will interact with the proposed materials.
