Modern Apartment Virtual Staging

I have an unfurnished apartment floor plan and need it brought to life through realistic virtual staging in a clean, modern style. The project covers four spaces—living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom—and every render should feel cohesive, bright and welcoming.

Furniture direction
I want a contemporary look: think streamlined pieces, subtle textures and a neutral palette with a few tasteful accents. Everything should read as modern rather than classic or industrial.

What I will supply
• the scale-accurate floor plan (PDF and DWG)
• reference photos showing the existing finishes and lighting conditions

What I need back
• one high-resolution, photorealistic render for each room (4 total) in JPG and PNG
• source scene files (SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Blender—whichever you use) so I can request tweaks later if needed
• a short note on major furniture and decor items used, in case I want to purchase similar pieces

Acceptance criteria
• perspective and proportions match the plan exactly
• lighting feels natural and consistent across rooms
• surfaces and materials render crisply at 4K resolution without noise or blur
• the overall mood aligns with a polished, modern apartment brochure
