I’ve just moved into a blank-canvas apartment and want to see every detail come to life before I start purchasing furniture. The brief is straightforward: create photorealistic 3D interior renderings of my living room, bedroom, and kitchen in a clean Modern style, yet with a bold and vibrant colour palette that makes each space feel energetic rather than sterile.

You’ll receive the floor plan, dimensions, and a mood-board of inspirations the moment we kick off. From there, I’d like you to handle layout suggestions, furniture and lighting choices, and the final texturing/colour work so I can visualise how everything ties together.

Deliverables
• High-resolution still renders for each room (two angles minimum per space)
• A short animated walkthrough or 360-panorama of the combined areas (optional but a big plus)
• Source files (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, or your preferred tool) with linked textures and materials
• A concise list of furniture and décor pieces used, so I can shop or source similar items

Acceptance Criteria
– Modern aesthetic is clear and consistent across all rooms
– Colour story leans bold and vibrant without overpowering the space
– Lighting feels natural, with day and dusk options for each render
– Revisions included until the final images match the agreed concept
