Minimalist Office 3D Walkthrough
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
The space is a compact 7 ft × 10 ft office that I want transformed into an immersive, navigable 3D scene. My goal is to share a virtual walkthrough that lets viewers move around the room naturally, understand traffic flow, and feel the proportions before any construction begins.
I’m after a clean, minimalist look—think subtle colours, uncluttered surfaces, and purposeful furniture. Every piece you add should feel intentional: one streamlined desk, an ergonomic chair, discreet storage, soft ambient lighting and perhaps a single accent plant or artwork to keep it warm without breaking the minimalist ethos. Because the walkthrough must sell the concept to colleagues and stakeholders, I need enough detail to convey furnishings, finishes, and lighting accurately, though not full photorealism.
I’m comfortable with you working in SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Unreal Engine, Lumion or any similar tool—as long as the final output runs smoothly on a standard desktop and can be shared online without special plugins.
Deliverables I’d like to see:
• A self-contained virtual walkthrough file (or WebGL/Unity build) that allows free-movement viewing.
• 4–6 still renders from key angles—desk view, entrance, overhead, and two close-ups.
• Source file with tidy, labelled layers/groups so later edits are straightforward.
I’ll happily provide dimensioned sketches, finish swatches, and reference photos the moment we start. Once the first draft is in, we can schedule a quick screen-share review; two revision rounds should be plenty to get every detail right.
