Minimalist Interior 3D Visualization

A detailed floorplan is ready; the next step is turning it into photorealistic 3D interiors that capture a clean, minimalist aesthetic throughout the living room, bedroom, and kitchen. Neutral tones should anchor the palette—think soft whites, greys, and muted natural textures—so that the final visuals feel calm, uncluttered, and cohesive from one space to the next.

The model should respect every wall, opening, and measurement shown on the plan while still allowing thoughtful placement of furniture, storage, and lighting that makes the most of negative space. Feel free to suggest streamlined built-ins, concealed storage, or subtle material contrasts that highlight the minimalist language without adding visual noise.

Preferred tools are flexible—Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp with V-Ray, or comparable software that can export editable files for future tweaks. High-resolution stills (4K or better) and the native project files are both required so I can reuse assets down the road.

Deliverables
• Accurate 3D model matching the provided floorplan
• Three to five hero renders per room, rendered in neutral lighting
• Source files and textures, clearly organised
• One round of minor revisions after first draft delivery

The project is straightforward but quality-driven; clean geometry, realistic materials, and well-balanced composition are the main success factors.
