Minimalist Hospital 3D Walkthrough

I am looking for an experienced 3D visualization expert/firm to create a professional 3D walkthrough video for a Ground Floor + First Floor Hospital Building. The video should highlight both exterior and interior spaces with realistic design, smooth camera movement, and high-quality rendering suitable for presentation and marketing purposes.

Scope of Work:
• 3D Modeling: Based on provided architectural floor plans, elevations, and reference sketches.
• Exterior Walkthrough: Façade design, hospital signage, landscaping, parking area, entry/exit roads, ambulance drop-off point, and external lighting.
• Interior Walkthrough: Reception lobby, OPD, waiting areas, consultation rooms, ICU, general wards, private rooms, nurse stations, lift lobby, corridors, staircase, and other major hospital spaces (details will be shared).
• Design Style: Modern hospital environment with clean, functional, and realistic finishes.
• Output Quality: Photorealistic rendering using Lumion, 3ds Max + V-Ray/Corona, Twinmotion, or equivalent.
• Video Length: 2–3 minutes with smooth transitions and background music (optional).
• Deliverables:
• Full HD/4K walkthrough video (MP4/AVI).
• High-resolution still renders of selected views (optional).
• Source files (preferred, not mandatory).

Freelancer Requirements:
• Proven experience in hospital/healthcare building walkthroughs or similar projects.
• Strong portfolio of architectural 3D walkthroughs.
• Ability to work with architectural drawings and convert them into photorealistic visuals.
• Commitment to timely delivery with revision support.
