Project Brief
We are seeking a talented architectural designer/visualizer to develop a contemporary exterior design for a luxury bungalow based on the floor plans, floor heights, and reference images provided.
The primary objective is to create a strong architectural form using clean horizontal planes, balanced massing, contemporary proportions, and appropriate material selection. While the provided plan should be respected, the designer is free to make minor modifications to the building footprint, projections, and architectural elements where necessary to achieve a more refined and visually appealing exterior composition.
The design should focus on:
• Strong contemporary architectural language
• Elegant massing and horizontal layering
• Premium material palette suitable for a luxury residence
• Well-proportioned openings, balconies, terraces, and architectural features
• Practical and buildable design solutions
Project Deliverables
Phase 1 – Concept Massing Model
• Basic SketchUp massing model
• Exterior design concept showing overall form and architectural language
• Preliminary material direction
• 3–5 exterior views/screenshots for review
Approval of Phase 1 is mandatory before proceeding further.
Phase 2 – Final Visualization
After approval of the concept model:
• Refined 3D model
• Detailed material application
• High-quality photorealistic 3ds Max renders
• Multiple exterior perspectives (daytime preferred)
