Minimalist Bedroom & Balcony Renders

I have two bedrooms and a balcony that I want brought to life through clean, minimalist 3D renders. The overall palette should stay within neutral tones; think light whites, greys, and subtle textures that feel calm and uncluttered.

The visuals need to highlight the hard-finish details first—tiles, wall treatments, and how every surface will look once construction is complete—before any loose décor enters the scene. Lighting should read naturally but doesn’t need dramatic emphasis; it just has to showcase those finishes accurately.

Here is what I expect back:

• High-resolution still renders (minimum 4K) for each room and the balcony, showing at least one wide angle and one close-up that clearly displays the tile and wall finish.
• Native project files from your preferred software (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, etc.) so I can make tweaks later if needed.
• A brief material list referencing the exact tiles, paints, or textures used in the scene for easy specification on site.

Please keep the geometry efficient and the scene organized; I may pass the files to my contractor for quick revisions. If you have any questions about the layout or need reference photos, just let me know.
