Minimalist Bathroom Redesign with Walk-in Shower

Job ID: 40554761

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I’m preparing to revamp both bathrooms in my 3-bed, 2-bath apartment and I’d like the entire concept nailed down before any demolition begins. The vision is decidedly minimalist—clean lines, uncluttered surfaces and a calming, neutral palette that makes the rooms feel larger than they are.

Key must-have: a sleek walk-in shower that feels open yet keeps water contained. I’m imagining frameless glass, low-profile drain, and fixtures in brushed nickel or matte black, but I’m open to your professional suggestions if there’s a smarter way to stay true to the minimalist aesthetic.

What I need from you:
• A complete design package for each bathroom: mood boards, layout options and final plan drawings (PDF + source files).
• 3D visualisations or renderings that clearly show finishes, lighting and fixture placement.
• A concise materials and fixtures list with model numbers and approximate quantities so I can source locally.
• Basic MEP notes indicating plumbing and electrical considerations for the walk-in shower relocation, if any.

Preferred tools are SketchUp, Revit or AutoCAD for the drawings, and any rendering software you’re comfortable with (V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, etc.). Final files should be editable; I’ll need both native files and exports.

Once the first bathroom concept is approved, we can roll the same design language into the second bathroom—or adjust it as needed—so please structure the deliverables to make that handoff easy.

If this scope is clear and you can commit to rapid communication and timely revisions, I’m ready to get started right away.
