Medical Interior 3D Visualization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a full set of AutoCAD drawings for a commercial medical facility and now need them brought to life as photorealistic interior visualizations. The goal is to help the client and medical staff clearly picture the finished space before build-out begins, so accuracy to the CAD plans is essential.
Scope
• Transform my existing DWG files into a clean 3D model.
• Apply authentic materials, furnishings and medical-grade fixtures that respect healthcare regulations and ergonomics.
• Produce high-resolution still renders of all key zones—reception, consultation rooms, treatment areas, corridors and any ancillary spaces shown in the plans.
• Optional (quote separately if you wish): short fly-through animation or 360° panoramic views for interactive presentation.
Tools
Feel free to work in 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, Blender + Cycles, or any comparable pipeline—as long as the final imagery is realistic, correctly lit and matches the CAD dimensions.
Deliverables
1. Native 3D scene files with all textures.
2. Minimum of six finalized 4K renders (JPEG/PNG) covering the main viewpoints we agree on.
3. A PDF contact sheet of thumbnails for quick reference.
Acceptance Criteria
• Geometry aligns with the AutoCAD drawings within millimetric tolerance.
• Lighting conveys a bright, hygienic atmosphere suitable for healthcare.
• Materials and colors follow the palette and finish schedule I will supply.
• Final renders are free of noise, with crisp details at 100% zoom.
