Luxury Townhouse 3D Walkthrough Animation

I’m producing the marketing package for a new luxury townhouse development in Melbourne and need a specialist who can deliver an immersive, photorealistic 3D experience. The animation must sell both lifestyle and design, so every shot has to feel cinematic yet true to the architect’s vision.

Working files can be produced in 3ds Max, Blender, Cinema 4D or a comparable package, rendered with V-Ray, Corona, or Redshift—whichever pipeline lets you hit photoreal quality efficiently.

Acceptance criteria
1. Draft camera path and mood frames approved before final animation.
2. Final video delivered in 4K (H.264 and ProRes), 60–90 seconds in length.
3. A minimum of eight print-ready stills at 5000 px on the long edge.
4. Native project files handed over on completion.
