Luxury Residence Interior Design & Visualization
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I am developing a 10,000 sq ft, five-bedroom luxury residence and I already have actual design images for almost every room and area, showing exactly how I want the interiors to look.
These are not just rough concept images. They are the actual design references for the final look, mood, furniture style, wall treatments, ceiling, lighting, colour palette and overall luxury feel required in each space.
I now need an experienced interior designer / CAD draftsperson / 3D visualizer who can take these provided images and convert them into:
• Accurate 2D CAD layouts
• Photorealistic 3D renders based on my provided images
• Detailed working drawings for execution
• Furniture, ceiling, wall, lighting, joinery, kitchen, wardrobe and bathroom details
• Material and finish specifications
The freelancer must carefully study each room image and reproduce the design language as closely as possible, while adapting it to the actual room sizes, structural drawings, doors, windows, ceiling height, MEP shafts and practical execution requirements.
The project is for a complete luxury residence, including bedrooms, bathrooms, walk-in wardrobes, drawing room, dining, kitchen, foyer, staircase, hallways, utility areas, transitional spaces and other internal zones.
The final output should help the site team, contractors, carpenters, electricians, false ceiling team, marble team and lighting team execute the design properly.
Important Requirement
I will provide actual room-wise images showing how each area should look. The selected freelancer does not need to create a design from zero. The main requirement is to:
1. Understand the provided design images
2. Adapt them to the actual villa layout and room measurements
3. Create accurate CAD drawings
4. Create 3D renders matching the provided images
5. Prepare detailed working drawings for execution
6. Provide material, finish and joinery details
The final work should be as close as practically possible to the images provided by me.
Since the design direction is already given through actual images, I expect the freelancer to make revisions and refinements until the drawings and renders properly match the desired look.

• Switchboard and control point planning

• High-resolution photorealistic views
• Lighting, wall treatments, furniture, ceiling and materials should be shown clearly
• Renders should be suitable for final approval before execution

File Format Requirement
I regularly review plans in AutoCAD, so all 2D drawings must be delivered in clean, editable DWG format, along with PDF exports.
If you use SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Rhino, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Corona or any other software for modelling/rendering, that is fine. However, final CAD drawings must be submitted as clean, editable DWG files.
DWG files must not have missing Xrefs, broken links, unnecessary clutter, unexploded blocks or confusing layers.
Acceptance Criteria
The work will be accepted only if:
• The 3D renders closely follow the actual images provided by me
• Drawings are properly scaled and aligned with the provided structural layout
• Room sizes, doors, windows, ceiling heights, shafts and MEP locations are respected
• DWG files are clean, editable and properly layered
• Renders match the approved look, material palette and lighting mood
• All drawings are detailed enough for execution on site
• Materials, finishes and lighting are clearly marked
• Revisions are incorporated properly until the final output matches the required design direction

Please do not apply if you only provide one or two minor revisions. This project needs proper refinement and coordination until the design is satisfactory and execution-ready.
Once a room or area is approved in 3D, the detailed working drawings for that area can then be prepared.
