Luxury Home 3D Walkthrough Creation

I already hold a complete CAD model of my 1 500 m² residence—structure, joinery, finishes, even the 24 × 18 m resort-style pool. What I now need is a meticulous 3D artist who can take those files, apply the exact materials and lighting schemes I’ve specified, and produce a polished animated walkthrough that lets me experience every space before final sign-off.

The brief
• Walkthrough type: fully animated, not static renders.
• Areas to cover: living and kitchen zones, all bedrooms and bathrooms, plus the outdoor entertaining areas and pool.
• Style cues: a French, timeless exterior transitioning to a clean, modern interior palette. Each surface, fitting, and joinery detail must read exactly as designed so I can confirm colour, texture, and spatial flow.

I will supply:
– DWG/CAD files for the full build
– Finish schedules, fixture references, and mood boards
– Camera path suggestions and timing

I’m happy for you to work in the toolset you know best—Unreal, Lumion, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Blender, or similar—so long as the final output is a smooth, high-definition video (and a handful of stills for marketing). Synchronised daylight and night-time shots are essential.

Acceptance criteria
1. Textures, gloss levels, and lighting match the supplied schedules.
2. Smooth, artifact-free 4K video delivered in MP4 or MOV.
3. Two rounds of refinement after first draft to fine-tune finishes and camera flow.
