Luxury 3D Garden-to-Parking Conversion

Garden / Parking visualization based on PP plan

I need 5 proposals for highly detailed 3D models to convert a garden (see photo, white area) into a parking space based on the second slide in the pdf or PP-document, including a convincing lighting concept (day and night renders) and plants in a modern, luxury style. A sculpture in one of the two plant areas is also possible
Realistic textures, believable materials, and physically accurate light behaviour are essential — viewers should feel as though they could step straight into the space.
A modern gate is to be installed from the house wall to the right edge of the property. You will receive a plan with the dimensions of the area, as well as a photo of the house with the space (photo of the garden is AI, currently a excavation) for the plant selection.
Lights could be standing lights but also floor lights, especially LED strips along the edges.
The space has a slight slope towards the house.
Format in MS Office preferred or free and common tool to see it.
