- Kitchen and bathroom concepts

- High-quality renders for key spaces

4. Technical Drawings / Construction Package
- Detailed architectural drawings
- Ceiling plans
- Electrical layouts
- Lighting layouts
- Plumbing coordination
- Joinery / millwork details
- Wall elevations
- Finishing schedules
- Any drawings needed for execution on site

Requirements:
- Strong portfolio in modern luxury residential projects
- Experience with duplex/villa projects preferred
- Ability to coordinate architecture + interior + technical details
