Landscape-Focused Aerial & Street 3D Renders

I need 4 photo-realistic 3D visuals that instantly sell the ambience of a new development: 3 sweeping aerial shots and one inviting street-level perspective. Both images must showcase the planned landscape and greenery as well as the full street and road layout exactly as drawn on my layout plan.

You will receive:
• the master layout in PDF and DWG
• a bundle of reference photos that capture the mood, light, and planting style I’m after

Your task is to translate those assets into marketing-ready images suitable for brochures, web, and large-format print. Rich planting palettes, accurate hard-landscaping textures, and lifelike lighting are critical; buildings exist only as contextual massing, so the focus stays on public realm quality and traffic flow.

Preferred workflow is any combination of SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, or Corona that lets you deliver crisp 4K stills and the layered source files for future tweaks.

Deliverables
1. High-resolution aerial render (4K PNG + layered source)
2. High-resolution street-level render (4K PNG + layered source)
3. One round of post-render refinement to fine-tune vegetation density, paving tone, or minor street furniture placement

Acceptance criteria
• All roads, paths, and key planting beds follow the supplied layout with no deviation
• Vegetation species, lighting angle, and overall colour grade match the reference mood shots
• Final PNGs are print-ready at 300 dpi with no visible noise or artefacts
