Landscape Design 3D Visualisation Needed

I have a site plan ready and now need a 3D architectural visualisation that focuses purely on the surrounding landscape. The goal is to present investors with a clear, attractive view of how the outdoor areas will look once completed, so I’m aiming for a moderate level of detail—think defined planting beds, realistic trees and shrubs, and clearly modelled pathways that show materials and layout, without going into hyper–photorealistic minutiae.

You’ll receive the CAD base and reference imagery of the planting scheme. From there, I’d like you to build the terrain, populate it with the specified greenery, and texture the footpaths appropriately. A short fly-through or a set of high-resolution stills (your recommendation is welcome) will be the final deliverable, ready for presentation and social-media snippets.

Preferred workflow is SketchUp + Lumion or Blender + Cycles/Eevee, but I’m open to any toolset you’re comfortable with as long as the result is clean and visually compelling. Please factor in one review round for colour tweaks and small placement adjustments.
