Interior Layout & 3D Visuals
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have the exterior floor plan of my house; what I am missing is a complete interior layout that will let me lock-in the positions of lighting points, outlets, switches, plumbing runs, and fixtures before the build moves forward.
The assignment covers the entire house—living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, every corridor and nook—so I can coordinate trades with one coherent set of drawings. I am after a modern look that feels vibrant and colourful rather than the typical beige-on-beige trend. Think clean lines, smart storage solutions and well-placed pops of colour that bring the rooms to life.
What I need from you:
• A dimensioned interior floor plan showing furniture placement plus recommended electrical and plumbing routing.
• A matching reflected ceiling plan (lights, fans, feature pendants) if your workflow normally includes it.
• High-quality 3D renders (or a fully textured BIM/SketchUp/Revit model) that let me visualise the spaces from multiple angles.
• A short rationale explaining material and colour choices so I know how to brief suppliers later.
