Interior & Exterior 3D Visuals

I need a complete set of photorealistic 3D renderings that cover both the exterior façade and all key interior spaces of my property. Floor plans, elevations and mood references will be shared once we agree on the workflow, and I’ll rely on your creative eye for lighting, materials and camera angles so the final images feel ready for marketing-level presentation.

Typical deliverables
• High-resolution still renders of the exterior from at least two viewpoints
• Interior renders that capture each main space with realistic furnishings, textures and day-time lighting
• Source files (AutoCAD and Revit) plus all linked textures so future tweaks are possible

To keep the process efficient, I’ll review an initial clay model for layout confirmation, a shaded draft for material approval, and the final colour pass.
