Interior & Exterior 3D Modeling

I need photorealistic 3D work that covers both the inside and outside of a new construction project. The interior must read as clean-lined, modern, and functional, while the exterior should stay true to a traditional architectural language—think balanced proportions, classic detailing, and materials that feel timeless from the street.

You will receive floor plans, elevations, and reference photos as soon as we start. From these, please build full-scale, accurate geometry, apply textures, set up lighting, and produce still renders that clearly communicate the design intent. Native files from SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or a similarly robust tool set are fine as long as the final export includes both the editable source and high-resolution images.

Deliverables (all required):
• Editable 3D model files for interior and exterior
• Minimum of eight 4K renders (four interior, four exterior)
• One short fly-through or 360° panorama showing spatial flow
• A brief hand-off note outlining texture libraries and render settings

I will review against the construction drawings to confirm dimensional accuracy, verify that interior finishes reflect the modern palette, and ensure exterior massing and details remain convincingly traditional. Once those boxes are ticked, we’re done.
