Interior Exterior 3D Marketing Renders

I need eye-catching, photorealistic 3D visuals of both interior and exterior spaces that I can drop straight into brochures, social ads, and my website. I will share floor plans, reference photos, and the exact camera angles I want; what I need back are finished renders that look good enough to sell the space before it’s built.

You’re free to work in 3ds Max, Blender, SketchUp, or whichever tool you prefer—V-Ray, Corona, or Lumion for lighting and materials are all fine—so long as the final images read as true-to-life and are delivered in high-resolution (4K) JPEG/PNG plus the editable source file.

Deliverables:
• 3–5 photorealistic still renders (interior and exterior, mixed as we agree)
• Native project file with all textures and lighting setups

I’ll review for accurate geometry, realistic materials, proper lighting, and overall marketing punch. Revisions are welcomed until it hits that standard.
