3D Interior and Exterior House Design, Photorealistic Renders, Animation and VR360 Tour
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for an experienced architectural 3D designer / visualisation specialist to create a full interior and exterior 3D design for my house based on my existing plans.
I already have the approved house plans, and the design must be created strictly in line with those plans, because the necessary municipal / planning permissions have already been obtained according to the current layout.
This means the freelancer must follow the plan carefully and should not make major structural or layout changes unless discussed and approved by me first.
Scope of Work
I need the following:
1. 3D Interior Design
Create realistic 3D interior designs for the rooms
Include furniture, materials, lighting, textures and decoration
Keep the room sizes, wall positions, doors, windows and layout consistent with the approved plan
2. 3D Exterior Design
Create realistic 3D exterior visuals of the property
Show the building facade, windows, doors, roof, materials and surrounding details
Ensure the exterior appearance remains consistent with the approved architectural plan
3. Photorealistic Renders
High-quality still renders of both interior and exterior
Multiple angles/views
Realistic lighting, colours and finishes
4. Walkthrough Video Animation
A smooth video walkthrough showing both interior and exterior
Presentation-quality animation
Preferably delivered in MP4 format
5. VR360 / Virtual Reality Tour
360 panoramic views suitable for VR headset viewing
I want to be able to explore the design using a VR360 headset
Preferably compatible with Meta Quest / Oculus or similar devices
If possible, include hotspot navigation between spaces
Please explain clearly what format or platform you will provide for VR viewing

The floor plan, room arrangement and structural layout must match the approved drawings, because permissions have already been obtained according to those plans.

materials
lighting
colour schemes
