I need photorealistic 3D renderings of three key residential spaces—living room, kitchen and bedroom—specifically tailored for upcoming client presentations. The goal is to communicate design intent clearly and wow the audience with crisp, well-lit visuals that capture materiality, colour schemes and furniture placement before anything is built.

You will receive floor plans, mood boards, reference photos and my preferred finishes; I’m open to your suggestions on lighting and camera angles that best showcase each area. Please work in whatever pipeline you’re most comfortable with—3ds Max + V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp + Enscape, Blender + Cycles, etc.—as long as the final output meets the quality bar.

Deliverables
• 1 high-resolution hero render per space (living room, kitchen, bedroom)
• Up to 2 minor viewpoint tweaks per space after first review
• Source files organised and clearly labelled

Acceptance criteria
• Realistic textures, accurate scale and proper light balance
• Minimum 4K resolution in JPEG or PNG for presentation decks
• Turnaround of first drafts within one week of kickoff
