Interior Design & Coohom Renderings
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are currently developing a real estate project, and would like to engage your services for interior design and high-quality renderings using Coohom software.
Scope of Work:
Develop full interior design concepts for the selected units (e.g., 2-bedroom apartments, 3.5-bedroom townhouses, lobby/common areas, etc.).
Prepare mood boards, color schemes, and material selections aligned with our target audience (diaspora investors, young professionals, families, etc.).
Produce photorealistic renderings with Coohom for marketing and investor presentations (living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and key amenity spaces).
Provide walkthrough/3D virtual tours (if possible within Coohom).
Deliverables:
Design concepts and mood boards.
High-resolution renderings (minimum 4K quality).
Coohom project files for our internal use.
(Optional) Coohom virtual staging for sales/marketing.
Timeline:
We are targeting 5 October 2025 for the first round of deliverables.
Kindly provide a proposal including:
Estimated cost breakdown (per unit/space and overall).
Delivery timelines.
Any additional requirements from our side (floor plans, CAD files, finishes schedule, etc.).
