Project Description – Cinematic 4K Land Visualization

I’m looking for an experienced architectural / 3D visualization artist to create a cinematic, high-quality conceptual 4K visualization for a land development project.

Scope of work:
• Conceptual 3D visualization of a land plot intended for industrial / logistics / warehouse development
• Focus on overall layout, massing, access roads, circulation, and surrounding context
• Realistic terrain and environment based on similar nearby or reference areas
• This is conceptual visualization only (no engineering or construction-level accuracy required)

Deliverables:
• High-quality 3D render(s) or cinematic stills suitable for presentation and investment showcasing
• Initial draft for direction approval, followed by refinements
• Final polished visuals in high resolution (4K preferred)

What will be provided:
• Google Maps location
• Site plan / plot boundaries (approximate)
• Reference images for style and mood
• General guidance on access and layout

Important notes:
• Dimensions and terrain can be approximate
• Reasonable assumptions are acceptable
• Creative input and suggestions are welcome
