Immersive 3D Walkthrough From 2D Plan

I have a residential floor plan sketched in 2D and I want to experience it as if I were walking through the finished home. Your task is to turn that drawing into a richly detailed 3D environment, complete with furniture, fixtures, textures, décor, and realistic lighting.

The look and feel should match what a future homeowner would expect to see in a marketing-quality visualization: lifelike materials, smooth camera paths, and no missing elements. I can supply reference photos and style boards the moment we start so you have a clear creative direction.

Because the project is residential and I need the highly detailed interior, the model must include:
• Accurate walls, doors, and windows matching the plan
• Fully furnished rooms with décor items (rugs, artwork, plants, etc.)
• PBR textures or equivalent high-resolution materials
• Daylight and warm evening lighting presets

Deliverables
• A guided 3D walkthrough video (1080p or higher, MP4) running 60–90 seconds
• The editable 3D source file (Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar—let me know what you prefer)
• Four still renders of key spaces (JPEG/PNG, 4K)

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry follows the supplied 2D plan precisely
• No texture stretching, flickering lights, or clipping in the camera path
• Final assets delivered within one calendar month from project start
